The center continues to develop its strong community partnerships that provide linkages for participants. These organizations offer services for many of the challenges faced by the centers residents including health care, education, mental health, day care, job training and placement, substance abuse and domestic violence. In order to provide comprehensive services to participants, as referrals to community based organizations are an integral part of our family support services and aftercare program, the center works closely with the following organizations:
